Miss Heather Jobe
Owner / Director
is a Bradford, PA native and graduated from Bradford Area High School in 2016. She began her dance education with Peggy Johnson Dance Studio in Bradford, PA in 2001 at age 3, and continued until 2013. She started student teaching at age 13. In 2015, she became a student at Bradford Area Dance Center in Bradford, under the direction of Mrs. Mauri Shembeda. Upon graduating high school, Miss Heather was a lead teacher and competition coach at Bradford Area Dance Center for 3 years, as well as Step Up Dance Academy in Allegany, NY, under the direction of Mrs. Caitlin Davenport, for 2 years. She continues to develop her education through teacher training courses and classes, and is now the Director of Starlit Dance Connection in 2021, 20 years after taking her first dance class.
"My favorite part of owning Starlit Dance Connection is watching the kids' passion for the art grow each and every year. We have students that practically live at the studio and eat, sleep and breathe dance, and there is nothing like getting to witness them achieve their goals!"

Miss Christine Stromsness

is originally from Bath, NY in the finger lakes area, but she has called Bradford, PA her home for over 6 years. She graduated from Haverling High School in 2011. She then went to cosmetology school as a young adult and graduated in 2016. She has an associates degree from Empire State University in Accounting. She currently co owns and operates Headspace Salon in Bradford, PA. She has 3 daughters and 1 son. Miss Christine has years of high school gymnastics and loves yoga! She is certified in Acrobatic Arts Module 1 and Acrobatic Arts Preschool AcroDance. She has helped assist our Acro classes for 4 years!
Miss Christine is an Assistant Competition Coach and she is now our lead Acro and Training / Conditioning teacher!

is a Bradford, PA native. She attended school in Smethport, PA for many years, but graduated high school from the Commonwealth Charter Academy. Miss Cam has many years of dance experience, starting at age 4 at Peggy Johnson Dance Studio. At age 9, she began dancing in Smethport, where she started her journey into competition dance. Her senior year of high school, she joined Starlit Dance Connection! "Starlit welcomed me in with open arms and such care! I have learned endless skills here and I am very grateful for Miss Heather and Miss Christine!" says Miss Cam. "I can't wait to start this new journey in my life!"
While Miss Cam has dreams of owning her own studio one day, she also has a passion for animals! She has 2 dogs, a guinea pig, a bunny and 4 birds!
Miss Cam will be teaching our Rising Stars Ballet, Rising Stars Hip - Hop (Monday), and Intermediate Jazz classes for the 2025 - 2026 season.
